Welcome to Carr Cases. These terms apply to your use of carrcases.com and purchases from Nicholas Carr LLC, operating as Carr Cases. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here.

Our collection and product details

We sell adult, non-powered briefcases and messenger bags. Product descriptions identify the materials and specifications available for each style. Colors may look different across screens, and measurements may vary slightly. A nominal laptop size is not a guarantee of fit for every device. Review physical dimensions and contact us if a fit detail is unclear.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and any applicable tax appear at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for a material pricing error, inability to fulfill it, suspected misuse or an invalid delivery address. If we cancel an order for which funds have been collected, we issue a refund. We will contact you if a correction requires your agreement before proceeding.

Delivery and returns

We deliver only within the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is free on orders $59 or more after discounts and before tax, or $6.99 below $59. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Unused items in original packaging may be returned by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. Our Refund Policy explains the process, shipping responsibility and refund timing and is part of these terms.

Account and website use

Use accurate contact and address information. If you create an account, keep its password private and notify us if you believe it has been misused. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful or abusive material through our forms.

Content and privacy

Our branding, site design and original text are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Product imagery and other licensed material remain subject to their respective rights. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are responsible for providing products consistent with our descriptions and applicable law. Please use bags for their intended everyday carrying purpose and follow appropriate care guidance for the stated material.
